There are different ways of learning English speaking but one of the most effective ways is through daily use conversational sentences. The conventional way of getting to the meaning of a sentence in any language has been through translation. But there are a lot of sentences in every language which can’t be converted into English through translation. These can only be replaced with another sentence in English.

Here you will get ten sentences taken from daily life & an English sentence for the same. The sentences are given in Hinglish & in English. After every sentence you will get some related sentence, usage, idiom or phrase that you will find useful. Learners will do well to make note of these sentences & use these in daily communication.

The challenge for the learner of spoken English is that there are too many such sentences that we use in our daily conversation. The ideal way of getting rid of this dilemma is to make note of a sentence whenever you come across & use the sentence same day in your day-to-day English communication. If you don’t get an opportunity to use the conversation sentence with anyone, speak it aloud to yourself thrice & the sentence will be yours.

Whom God protects, no harm can befall.

Bhagwan jab deta hai chhappar fadh kar deta hai.
It never rains, it pours.

Bhukamp ne shahar ko hila kar rakh diya.
The earthquake jolted the city.

Mai subah jaldi uthata hu.
I am an early riser.

Mai raat me 10:00 baje sota hu.
I hit the bed at 10:00 PM.

Mai kharrate nahi leta hu.
I don't snore.

Knowing these sentences is one thing & applying these in your daily English communication is another part of the story. Once you have known them, it’s time to use these with your communication partner or with anyone around you. A sentence once used becomes yours and will help you speak English fluently. One thing that is to be kept in mind is not translating them in conventional way. Try to find the nearest English substitute for the same & use these in your communication.
